Discover your story through creative pathways to healing and growth.

Meet the Therapist

Hi, I’m Bec. I’m a holistic art therapist and practicing artist, and I believe every person carries a unique story within them. Through gentle, creative exploration, I guide people to connect with their inner world, express emotions safely, and uncover pathways to healing and growth. Together, we use art as a tool for reflection, self-discovery, and nurturing wellbeing — a space where your creativity becomes a bridge to calm, insight, and resilience.

What is Art Therapy?

Explore creativity in a Tokyo art class, capturing vibrant brush strokes and colorful palettes.

Through drawing, painting, and other art forms, I help people express what’s hard to put into words, uncover new insights, and nurture emotional wellbeing. My interactive workshops allow you to explore emotions, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing in a safe, supportive space. By combining artistic processes with established psychological principles, I guide you toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Whether you’re here to gain insight, connect with your inner world, or simply enjoy the process of creating, sessions are designed to unlock your potential — no artistic experience required. I also work with individuals for more personal sessions as your journey continues.
